hiya i am 14 and 5'2" last time i checked i was about 113 lbs. i am very active and love it. my slightly over weight cusion (in her 20's) just joined a gym and wants me to workout with her. i already workout at home for an 1 hr and 1/2 every morning. would 1-2 more hrs. a day be ok for me? i think i would be fine since i am so active anyways.... but i would like to hear from others as well.

im not trying to lose weight im happy just the way i am! i just want to go because i want to help my cusion and have fun doing somthing togeather

well, you seem sure of yourself
i dont thin you should take it up a noch, some people like to work and work and then once attractive becomes nasty to look at

i think you are a little short.
im 14 and im 5'4 and weigh 100lbs

dont over do it i think i and a half hours a day is enough

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
