I wouldn't want to fly with him but would like to go ahead and then have him come after maybe by a courier service. I would be grateful if someone could tell me if there is company that could transport me my cat to Calgary from Windsor. Thanks.

Head over to http://www.craigslist.com and post an ad for someone to take your cat with them on their trip from Windsor to Calgary.
That way, you'll know the cat is taken care of, and it will be less expensive than shipping the cat by courior.
