John 3 you must be born again of the spirit I will find it. not babys babtised with water but adults accepting Jesus.

1Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."

3In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."

4"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"

5Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.' 8The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

9"How can this be?" Nicodemus asked.

If you are in grade school and don't go to college will you get a diploma from college? The church that Christ organised is the college and baptism is the entrance certificate that you will study hard and obey all the rules. You can graduate cumloude,(compared to the sun) good (compared to the moon) just barely(compared to the stars) or not enroll and hope you don't end up shoveling coal. There are many schools that offer graduate certificates but only one that can get you to the highest level. The others have no foundation and wash away when the tide comes in.
His organization includes Prophets and Apostles that will be there until all are unified and not be blown around by every wind of doctrine.

Only if you have not been baptized in the spirit which only comes through Jesus. Water was symbolic of purification of the flesh. Nothing wrong with it even today but it, in and of itself will not save you. Way too much scripture saying otherwise. Paul did a great job explaining it throughout Romans. John the Baptist also said that that the Christ would baptize with the Holy Spirit and thought Jesus should be baptizing him rather than the other way around. (Matt 3)

1 Peter 3:21 There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

No, it isn't true. Water baptism isn't a requirement for heaven. Only belief in Jesus is.

Let's look at Mark 16:16: He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Now, who does it say will be condemned? Not those who aren't baptized, but rather those who do not believe.

Jesus told the thief on the cross he would be in paradise, and yet he was never baptized.

Some say, yea, that was before the resurrection. Okay, what about Paul in Acts 9?

Let's read:

17 And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 18 Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized.

Annanias referred to him as "brother" before he was baptized.

water has no power to redeem anyone. Only the blood of Jesus does. You can go in the water a dry devil and come out a wet one.

Water baptism is merely an outward profession of faith.

Baptism was a requirement under the Law (Repent and be baptized Acts 2:38). When Christ died for our sins, and was raised to life, the old commandment passed away. Paul tells us we are no longer under Law but now Grace. We are baptized (immersed) into His death and new Life by believing that he paid our sin debt. There's no water in this kind of baptism. That's Grace! You no longer need to be water baptized, or DO anything. Just believe!! (trust, have faith in Christ's atoning work on the cross). Good luck on your spiritual journey!

No,I don't believe that.I've always considered that an manmade law,and even christains are divided on the 'right bapitism',as if one would cancel out the other. And it doesn't take into acount pre-christianity or anyone not christian.I personally believe it's the divine spark,at conception, the spark of life.it's also what you do with it is what matters.Saying that becuase someone is unbapitised they won't go to heaven, well that's leaving out alot of people when you think about it.And if that was condoned by God,I wouldn't consider God all that forgiving, loving or good.Like unborn babies for instance,or any child who was never bapitised, why should they be denied heaven? wouldn't that be cruel and insane?

No, it's not true. There are already un-baptized people with Jesus.
Hebrews 11 is full of their names, as well as the thief on the cross who repented.

However, given the times we are in, there shouldn't be any reason for a Christian to not get baptized, because it's something Jesus did and asked us to do.

Deathbed conversions would be the exception, rather than the rule.

i do not believe that is true. imagine, there is a person who lives in the middle of the desert, they have no communication to anyone, yet they are a strong believer in Christ. How will they be baptised? Because they were not baptised, because it was not convenient, will they not go to Heaven? If one is baptised, but they do not believe in God, will they go to Heaven? I think not. So, baptism is not the key to Heaven. Strong belief and hard faith is the way.

When Jesus was talking to Nicodemus he said I tell you the truth unless you have been born again you cannot enter the kkingdom of Heaven. Nicodemus is wondering how you a man can climb back into his mothers womb and Jesus said you mmust be born again of water and spirit.

Baptism is not the requirement for salvation and going to heaven. Declaring Jesus Christ as Lord and savior is the only true requirement.

However, we are baptized to demonstrate our being "born again" in the spirit of christ. Jesus himself, who was without sin, and therefore really didnt need to be baptized, received baptism to fulfill all righteousness.
