Yeah, it's in Romans:
Romans 14:14-16 I know, and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself; except to him who reckons anything to be unclean, to that man it is unclean. For if on account of meat thy brother is grieved, thou walkest no longer according to love. Destroy not him with thy meat for whom Christ has died. Let not then your good be evil spoken of

No, not really. 1 Mark 16:16 tells us He (Jesus) said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;
18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."
As for the Old Testament, it doesn't sound as other faiths are easily accepted. If we look at 1 Exodus 34: 10 "Then the LORD said: "I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the LORD, will do for you.
11 Obey what I command you today. I will drive out before you the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.
12 Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are going, or they will be a snare among you.
13 Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones and cut down their Asherah poles.
14 Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.
15 "Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land; for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to them, they will invite you and you will eat their sacrifices.
16 And when you choose some of their daughters as wives for your sons and those daughters prostitute themselves to their gods, they will lead your sons to do the same."

We should never force anyone into doing or choosing anything, but the Bible is filled with verses stating we should do all we can to encourage people to come to salvation through Christ. In no place does it advocate or encourage us to embrace competing religions or faiths, nor does it encourage us to be apathetic in this regard. We as witnesses of Christ have a great responsibility to share this great treasure with the world. As Jesus Himself commanded therefore, "Go and make disciples of all nations...baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit."

Romans 10: 9 and 10 tells exactly what we can do to be saved...as far as faith we are told that if we only have the faith of a mustard seed, we could move mountains.

No. Rather, there are many references to God making Himself known through (or even despite) the demonic influences of pagan idolatry. At least one prophet (Balaam son of Balaak) was a non-Jew, and a known idolator/shaman, but still recieved divine message and direction, as well as warnings. Paul the Apostle managed to share the Gospel message in a pagan city (Athens in Greece), referenceing a generic altar he had seen in the city. "That which you worship as unknown I now preach to you."
God is not "ok" with people stumbling around in ignorance. He wants us to know the truth. His directions are to share the truth with gentleness and respect, though, and not with screaming and hatred.

no. Jesus believes in free will, as well.
Why would Jesus, who came to set the captives free, tell others to follow another faith?
Did not Jesus say that "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, no one comes to the Father EXCEPT through Me? It would make no sense to tell others of another way when there IS no other way?

It says not to judge a person for the way he worships or for which day he chooses but it never says that each person is to believe something different than Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
It says, also, to seek out your own salvation with much fear and trembling.

James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
