With out sauce it will dry out and get hard after just a couple of days. It'll start stinking in about a week

cooked pasta thats been cooked can probably stay in the fridge probably for at least 3 weeks tops i am not sure but if its more then 3 weeks then it will start getting moldy

at an average temp of 34-38 degrees Fahrenheit mold will take approximately 6.5 days to start to become toxic the level of toxicity will greatly go up if the temp ever goes up over 40 degrees fahrenheit which it will when you open the door to the refridge at cracker barrel we keep mac and cheese for 3 days

no longer than 5 days. cooked pasta means that it contains moisture, and moisture breeds bacteria fast. not 3 weeks.
