How long would it be? Banking in the corners?
Mine would be 1-2/3 mile (3 laps = 5 miles) with 25 deg banking in 1 and 2, and 19 deg in 3 and 4. This would make it more of a driver's course.

I would probably make a 1 mile track shaped more like Darlington and Gateway, where the turns are different sizes. Bank the tight turn about 30 degrees, the lesser turn about 25 degrees. 10 degrees on the straightaways.

3/4 mile oval.Banking would have to be 18 degree turns and 9 degree straight aways.
Fan friendly using the crosswalk/footbridge(simular to Phoenix) also have a designated vendor are and a family zone.
That's all I have to say about that.

I would make it challenging and hard to get through with obsticales on the track, many turns, and alot of straght aways so mainly a road course oh about like 20 turns.

I agree to bring back Rockingham. Why build another track when there is a perfectly good one standing already. It's just that no one is taking advantage of it; thanks to SMI.
