The ones who are doing any sort of heinous violent crimes are truely fanatical in their approach to their religion.

maybe because some people when they believe in some idea,don't accept another person to object it.but the true ones,who knows their religion well,they'll find that their religion first teaches them tolerance and morals...and to accept other ppl's opinion....(unless you insult my dear characters)

i think the extremests in certain religions are the problem.these are the few not the many.be careful you will offend many with this idea.

people who have a religion usually are very religious. they think what they think and anyone else's ideas are wrong. they want to make everyone else belive what they belive. if they refuse to belive it they fight to kill the person or beat them up to force them to belive it
