There is a huge difference between 2% milk and fat free. Fat free is like water in comparison. On the other hand there are some great fat free yogurts out there that you cant tell the difference

Sure can. The fat is where the flavor is. When they make something low fat they have to add flavor, usually more salt or a chemical salt (like MSG). In culinary school they used to say that too much salt is to make up for bad cooking skill.
The funny thing is that yogurt is naturally low in fat, so anyone who buys low fat yogurt on purpose is wasting their money.

From regular to low fat, some I can, and some I can't...there is a BIG difference in low fat and NO fat. Then I can usually taste the difference - like with milk, yogurt, mayo...NO fat = bleh!
LOW fat yogurt, milk, mayo...eat 'em all the time!
