Please don't beat yourself up about losing this much weight in this short a period. It's not healthy to drop a lot of weight quickly and it's nearly impossible to maintain after a crash diet. (Remember, it probably took you longer than 3 weeks to put it on.)
Besides, the people who love you, will love you as you are, people who don't love you, don't matter.
If you do want to lose weight, set a reasonable goal--2-3 pounds a week. Work on changing your eating habits to a healthy diet. Choose a couple of physical activities that sound like fun, and make an appointment with yourself to do one 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour per session. The long term goal is to lose the weight, keep it off and be healthy the rest of your life.

I used to weigh 357lbs, now I weigh 193. How did I do it?

There is a dietary supplement which addresses your specific concern, it worked for me! It's called "RELACORE", besides being a great weight loss supplement it kicks belly fat butt, if you catch my drift! Also, besides a every other day weight training schedule, ride a recumbent bike for at least an hour. You will be pleased with your results I PROMISE! Now, losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

As for exercise, start off on a recumbent bike and go at a low Resistance for 15 minutes a day, increase by 5 minutes a week and by the time you're up to half an hour, if you also follow the above advice you'll have lost 35 plus pounds and you'll suddenly have the motivation you need to lose the rest!

You cannot lose that much weight in the time span given unless you stop eating and only drink water. On the other hand, if you need to get into a prom dress then take some diuretics two days before, drink a lot of water and avoid salt.

Do not stop eating you'll gain more b/c your body thinks you wont eat for awhile and you eat one thing at it just stores it.Try going to the gym with your friends. Or if you have a tredmill set sometime everyday to run on it. Make a schedule.
But dont work your self til' you are dead!
good luck

I'm sorry, but losing 10-15 pounds in that short of time is nearly impossible.
