My employer incorrectly set me up to pay both Michigan and Georgia taxes. I should only be paying Michigan taxes. They have corrected their mistake by creating a W2c which shows I shouldn't have paid anything. Do I need to file anything with Georgia?

If you weren't liable for GA taxes, and nothing was deducted for GA, then no you wouldn't have to file a GA return.

I think you have to file both. Talk to H & R Block or your CPA to find out for sure.
