These scientists recently teleported two mice at once 13.7 meters. Personally, I'm against teleportation, but if you were given the chance, not knowing if you'd keep your soul, would you teleport?

Are you kidding me? I don't even like to fly! Depends if I would be teleported to someplace I didn't need one which sounds hell, so No I don't think so. That's a whoa

Teleporting yourself to another place still includes your body; so, your soul is still connected. Quantum teleporting also does the same, you are just transfered to another dimension of time and place and you can be detached to the present time you're actually in. I doubt if anybody have done that however.
You may be referring to Astral Travelling where your soul is the one doing the travelling and your body is left behind. There is still what call "silver cord" attached to your body and can go as far as you want. Some possibility of being cut when a a powerful spirit wants to take over your body but that seldom happens because just a sign that someone wants to get in, you are immediately transported back to defend your ownership of the body. It only happens at times when you are so engrossed at the peaceful and tranquil state of consciousness. This normally happens to those who die while deeply asleep and not aware that their soul is in travel.

Sorry, but where's your source? If they teleported living mammals, I think it would have hit the cover of the New York Times. They're working with light, so it's nothing like Star Trek yet.

And there is no evidence for a soul. So I would teleport, barring other philosophical obstacles.

Genesis Chapter 2 Verse 7:

7: And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul.

You are a living soul, and when you die your soul goes back to its ground and you/your soul's thoughts do perish.

Ecclesiastes 9: 5

5: For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

What part of your body, is your soul in? Your soul is much like gravity, everywhere, at the same time. It's not local.

Your soul will be, where ever you go to.

By the way, I have a picture of a coin dated 53 BC. How much would you pay for it?

Are you sure they did this and not just quarks or other sub atomic particles?

It all depends on your definition of a soul. Is it the "thinking" part of you stuck in a body like shell? If your soul was left behind, wouldn't you just die?

I think you misread that article. The scientists actually TELEPHONED two mice 13.7 meters away.
