one addition to the standard movie theater snack bar menu, what would it be?

Up at a theater I would go to when I was living in nova scotia, they had a whole section of the snack bar called "New York Fries" they had a few deep fryers, one guy there would act as cook, and he'd make you up fries with all sorts of toppings. cheese, chili, scallions, onions, tomatoes, different ground meats, gravy. it was the ******' greatest. this should be at all movie theaters.

Those little mini-tacos, or pizza rolls. Something different from candy and popcorn. Or even a wrap of some kind. That's more quiet than popcorn!

Something healthy like nuts, fruit, grain crackers, or lo calorie popcorn. Or frozen yogurt in a variety of flavors.
