Andy if it's whinnying then it counts, so should it be allowed or should we ban it? Or do we want freedom to whinny when ever we like? or what?

I like to hear a horse whinny, always think of it as a happy horse when it does that.

My Niamh makes little noises to the horses in the top field and they often whinny at her (oh Niamh is my dog not a child lol)

Absolutely, as much as possible. But probably crapping while you're walking along the street would be taking it a bit too far.
