unfortunately we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off- it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

there is no such thing as spot reduction (unfortunately). the only way to lose fat is to create an energy deficit by cutting calories, increasing expenditure (activity/exercise), or a combination of the two. do cardio (walking/running, elliptical machine, some exercise classes) 4 to 5 times a week. and you should do resistance training 2 to 3 times a week, focusing on the areas you want to lose weight (for a muscular look, use heavy weight and do more sets with fewer reps. for a slender look, use light weight and do fewer sets with more repetitions).

You cannot pick the areas that you loose fat, just like you can't choose the areas where you gain (unfortunately). By just merely doing sit-ups or arm exercises you will just cause the muscle to grow. You will actually appear bigger then because you will have a big muscle under the fat. Work your entire body and you will see changes in your body that you should be pleased with.

Yeah, generally the identical position that the majority men could take another 3 inches. But however, I am lovely brief. I would get extra movement if I further 3 inches to my total peak. Unless I take the 3 inches downstairs, however then stroll round with out pants or lingerie. Of direction if I do this, I'll as a rule grow to be in jail, and I fairly do not desire that form of movement. So, I'll simply be 3 inches taller, please.

You can't loose weight from specific areas. Weight loss will always come from all over your body.
You can, however, spot train to inprove you rmuscle tone in specific areas. You should be increasing your exercise levels as you change your food habits. It's the only way to not only loose weight but to keep it off as well.

Just do different exercises to lose fat there. Like sit-ups or crunches for waist, lifting weights for arms
