I am very fit but i had surgery acouple months back and now i feel fatter cause i cant really run so i just sit on the couch and eat.

It's fine but when you are able to run, get back to it so you don't feel fat. Exersice raises confidence

If your worried you should go to the docs and see what they think!!! They will also give you body mass index weight chart which well tell you if your at a healthy weight. There's other things you can do to exercise than just running, try a fast walk if you can walk a mile in 15 minutes that is really fast!!! walk five miles at a time like that and you'll be surprised of the positive results you'll receive body mind and spirit!!!

yes u r healthy, if u eat well & r active ,i was 5ft.8in when i was 13 &weighed 122 lbs. am still healthy at 59 .when u are thin any weight seems like to much ,but usually it isnt .we get a picture in our minds of what we look like &any changes makes us think .but do get off the couch ,when u can

If you're tall, that's probably not out of line. If you've gained a lot lately, try switching to healthier snacks like fruit and veggies.

depending on how tall you are that weight can be very healthy
I can't really run either (accident) ....there are still other exercises that can be done like regular walking ...fast walking, jogging, stretches, dancing and these are just some ...I use my imagination to make up exercises sometimes......
just moving around can count as exercises....
do what you can ....just don't sit still

wow.
I think 130 is average.
But it isnt "skinny" for a tall girl.
I think about 120 is right.
Im trying to get there.
