Yes, I will hire you but you need to do this with someone who really knows you because most of the time a parent is looking for someone to baby sit their 12 years or younger kids. I dint mind if I am with you and my kids but just busy and you are taking care of by been with them. See if your mother can help you to find a group of parents who sometimes are there with the kids but attending a meeting in a different room, mostly when parents are going to do foster kids class and don't have someone to babysit their kids for couple hours in the same building. You can still with them and make sure that no one hurt them or some think like that.

If I needed you to look after 1 child, between the ages of three and about seven, for about an hour or two during the day, and you had been a successful mother's helper for ME and if I lived in a safe neighborhood where there were a lot of adults at home within walking distance.
My own son is 12 and I think he would make an excellent baby sitter in some ways--especially for boys. In many ways he's every bit as smart and capable as an adult. But there is simply no substitute for experience, just years spent being alive in this world, so I don't allow him to babysit yet.

No. You may feel mature for your age, but most children in need of a babysitter would be your age or younger. I babysit a lot and a lot of the kids I babysit are around ten and eleven years old, so my guess would be that unless you know the family really really well, no one is going to hire such a young babysitter.
You could try animal care, like dog walking and sitting which would be much more successful at your age.

NO. i've got self assurance we only observed a contemporary case interior the information relating to the 11 year old being charged with murdering an toddler on an identical time as the 11 year replaced into babysitting. 13 is the min, identification quite see like 15-sixteen in my opinion. it is not not something against youthful toddlers, I only don't think they might desire to handle that venture so early.

no I wouldn't, as many others have stated, You are still very young yourself, You may have all the certification and experience but that doesn't mean anything if You can't back it up with age, a drivers licence and logical, quick thinking...... and I am truly sorry but at 11 You have none of that, most teenagers don't either but they have had more experience with life, possibly have a license and a number of other qualifications I would look for,... beyond all that, You are still a child yourself, what happens if something happens to YOU?! what will the babies do then? I would hire if You if you were 14-15 if You were a family friend or relative but not when i don't know You then You would have to be 16, or 17 and at that I would want to see a report card from school and Your driving record .. SORRY.

I think its wonderful that you have taken the course and are certified. You sound mature and ambitious and I'm sure many families will take advantage of your talents. If anyone seems uneasy, offer them a "trial run", you can come to their house on a Saturday morning and watch the children while the parents do chores around the house. If that goes well, perhaps they'll then agree to a half hour while they run to the store. Slowly most will come to trust your abilities and then provide references for other families. I would definitely give you a chance. Good luck and never give up!

No, but only because in the state I live in, it is not legal to leave a child under twelve years old alone (without an adult).
Right after your twelfth birthday, I would be all about hiring you to babysit. Not many sitters take the initiatives you've taken to be the best, most qualified sitter they can be.

sorry nope, even tho you have some really good background you are really still a child yourself, i would hire you as a mothers helper or an assistant to another teen for help with a large family, maybe you can try for being a helper with your church nursery or other community agency where you can still earn some money till you are old enough to go it on your own

I would hate to say this but no. I would hire you as a mother's helper for when I'm at home. I'm an over protected mother and prefer my daughter and upcoming daughter in August to be left with and adult.
