Turn off all the utilities in your house for a week and then tell me if you experience more problems or fewer. Your quality of life with no electricity, gas, telephone, Internet, or running water will be MUCH lower than it is now. And all those utilities are the direct result of technology.

It is not problem to we have technology, the problem is how we usage it.
