No. Savings account, active or dormant, does not involve borrowings. Unless you pledge it against a credit card hybrid called secured credit card.

Bank accounts only appear on your credit report if you overdraw the accounts and don't pay the bank back.

Your credit rating is based on credit relationships, not savings.
