I recommend you try getting a qualified massage therapist to work on your legs. Not only can they help relieve the pain often times they can determine what is causing the pain from experience.

Try soaking in a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts for 30 minutes. This can help relieve pain and inflammation.

Another good method of pain relief is laying on a slant board. Where your head is down and your legs are up. This can be easily done with just a plywood board raised upon to a chair or a sofa.

and last but not least is going to see a chiropractor. They are very good at figuring out what is causing your pain. I've enclosed a link for chiropractors.
