that anythign happening before then was before Christianity was prevalent?

So if Aristotle, Socrates, Plato, Plutarch etc were around in (insert date) BC does that mean none of their ideas could be borrowed from Christianity? Because it did not exist before then?

Also where did the very first ideas about women being naturally evil come from (the Bible did confirm it with its stories and 'original sin', Fall of Man caused by Eve, woman. But Aristotle etc were already saying these things before Christianity, were they the first people to say it?

Christianity... the followers of Jesus and His teachings. Christianity started then about 2000 years ago. The earliest faith would have been with Adam and Eve, in which Judaism came out of.

Christianity could not have started in BC as it was all about following Christ how could it have been before he was even there!
The word Christian was an insult by the Romans to mock those who followed Jesus, it was not meant as a nice name, but was taken up and used by the followers, and as you know still used today.
So Aristotle, Socrates, Plato, Plutarch etc , none of their ideas could be borrowed from Christianity Because it did not exist before there times, correct...
And women being evil was due to Mary Magdalene, the church wanted to get rid of her as a martyr and so forged information to control what people thought.
Some even believe that Mary Magdalene was meant to carry on the good work of Jesus, and Paul was not, but it was not the way the world worked in those days, or now for that matter for a women to be seen as above men.
And so they had to condem her, this is when it all started.

BC stands for Before Christ, and AD stands for Anno Domini(Year of our Lord). Which leaves no gap, after death would mean there was a gap of 33 years. BCE stands for "before the common era" and BP stands for "before present", the latter usually used in archaeology and paleontology. The current calendar is the Gregorian Calendar, which takes into account that an additional leap day must occur every 400 years.

Christianity started when Jesus Christ came into the world and taught His disciples about God. He fulfilled all the Old Testament prophecies regarding the coming Messiah. He reaffirmed the Old Testament which contains the history of the Jewish people, the giving of the Law and the Ten Commandments, among many other teachings ; this time period is B.C. (before Christ).

Jesus Christ claimed that His purpose was to redeem the world from sin, death and judgment. He would do this through His own death and He would be resurrected. After His death and resurrection, He appeared to His followers and many people for a period of time, promising them that the Holy Spirit of God would be sent to them after He ascended into Heaven. He then gave His disciples the Great Commission, which is: to spread the gospel throughout the nations. He promised He would be with His followers, even to the end of the world. Our calendar is now specified as A.D. (anno domini), or in the year of our Lord, in consideration of the factual history of Jesus Christ.

There are no ideas in the Bible about women being naturally evil. Instead, the Bible reveals how God created man and woman and that He was very pleased with them. There came a time when Eve (being deceived by Satan) was tempted to disobey God, followed through and also suggested that Adam should disobey God. Adam, not deceived, nevertheless chose to disobey God. Their joint-act of disobedience was the original sin of the human race. At this point, all things changed for the human race, and God outlined the sad consequences of sin for them in Genesis. People are now born-sinners who will sin, incur death and face future judgment.
However, God did say that at an appointed time, He would send a redeemer, born of a woman, to save the human race. He chose this Redeemer to come out of the Jewish nation, giving promises in the Old Testament to the patriarchs and the prophets, which Jesus Christ later fulfilled.

! Corinthians 15:21,22
"For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive."

I think you may be confused. Aristotle, Socrates, Plato all lived before christianity. Christianity would have borrowed ideas from them instead of the other way around.

Confucius lived and wrote the Analects around 500BC, which included the silver rule:

Do not do to others what you do not want done to you.

500BC occurred before christianity. Certainly, Confucius existed before christianity. Ask yourself who borrowed from whom.

"BC" and "AD" are archaic terms. They refer to the mythical year 0 when Christian religion teaches that Jesus was born. We no longer use those designations, but now use BCE (before common era) and CE (common era) so as not to mess with traditional calendar years.

Christianity itself didn't really take it's present form until 2-3 centuries after the supposed life of Jesus. Canon and dogma were decided at the Council of Nicea in 325.

I often hear people claiming one religion stole an idea from another. I wonder why it is so difficult to comprehend that people can have similar ideas without even knowing about the other person. If you doubt it I Suggest you get in touch with a patent office. See how often people around the world come up with similar ideas.

Read Genesis-Malachi please with this thought in mind; the Lord (not lord) from Genesis-Malachi was the Lord Jesus Christ.
It may not be glaringly obvious, as an addition to God's word (the Bible) has been allowed presently (and roughly speaking, the last 100 years) in America.
