you are perfect according to bmi charts you should be between 105 and 140 according to another site I looked up for small frame you should be 111-124 check second link

There are several different weights for each height. You should try checking your BMI, Body Mass Index. The answer should be right for you seeing as you have a small frame. If you were muscular then it wouldn't be. (It says most NFL players are overweight when it's all just muscle...)

Your current BMI is 20. That's in the healthy range.

Your perfect weight (in the middle of the healthy zone) is probably anywhere for 120-122.

I am about your height, and from what I can remember about my doctors chart, you should be anywhere from 112-126--I think. Although I am not positive, I have included a few links that I think may help you. Good Luck!!!

that would be the healthy wieght and nice wieght, since you said you have a small frame.

i know for my height (5'1) and my age (19) the doctor recommended between 101-132 to be healthy.
