Pit bulls are smaller. If the mother is a pit bull, then it might die in labor. Besides, they might not mate in the first place because they're both sorta "Alpha Dogs."

Who says they can't?
All domestic dogs can mate with each other, although a difference in size can be a problem. They are all selectively bred members of the dog family, which, by the way, is nothing to do with progressive evolution, it is merely achieved by selecting characteristics from an already existing gene pool. No new information is created, in fact, there is often a loss of information, which causes some traits. for example short hair may be caused by a loss of genetic information for long hair.
Once selective breeding is stopped, and the dogs are permitted to breed unrestricted for sufficient generations they gradually revert to the original wolf-like kind.

Pitt bulls and German shepards can mate and have offspring. They will be little mixed breed puppies and probably very cute. And they probably wont be sterile. They will be like most normal dogs.

lol. You really don't understand Evolution or genetics do you? Why try to argue against something when you don't have a clue what it has to say.
Btw.... PIT BULLS CAN MATE WITH GERMAN SHEPARDS. They're the same bloody species. They're just different breeds.
Is there something wrong with the Christian brain that you can't seem to understand the simplest of concepts?

Who says they can't mate?
Even lions and tigers mate and produce offspring and they are a lot different than pit bulls & german shepherds.
Also horses & donkeys mate and produce mules (which are sterile)

The result worl be that if the mom was a pit bull she would more than likely die in labor. This fits with the Bible. "After their kind" if it can breed with another, then it's in the "kind". How exactly did this relate to evolution?

They can. We call the offspring a mutt or a mixed-breed if we want to sell it. They are not different species, they are subspecies, so the offspring are sexually viable and can breed with other dogs as well... thus a new breed can be created. That's how they all came to be.

Why don't you ask this question in the Biology or Zoology section? What does this have to do with religion?
