poms will live into their teens if they are taken care of good... feed it some good foods (holistic if possible), and make sure she gets exercise and play....
you can breed poms with chihuahuas if you want to and if you arent concerned about having pure breds.... if you plan to have purebreds you should really just breed your pom with other poms....

Up to about 15 years. And you can cross any dog with any other breed. But why would you want to create more unwanted mutts.

And by the way, no reputable breeder would ever sell you a puppy knowing you plan on creating mutts.

You dog can live will into it's teens. My girl friend had to put down her 20 year old toy dog a year ago.

Why would you want to breed a Pom to a Chi? Just to have puppies? Either breed to another Pom or have her spayed.

Small dogs tend to live longer than bigger dogs. I would say anywhere from 15-20 years.
You can mate a pom with a chi, but i'm not sure what kind of outcome you'll get. You can call it a Pomchi. :)
