Why is it that every weekend since I got my new job it's either been too cold, windy, or rainy for me to take the kayak out to go fishing? The few exceptions to this have been when I had previous plans for other things. When am I going to be able to get back out there, this is driving me bonkers!!!!
It wouldn't be so bad if I knew the wind was going to keep coming out of the south like it is now, but we've got a front that's supposed to come through with winds from the north either late this afternoon or tonight sometime, and I don't want to be somewhere that's sheltered now that I'm not going to be able to paddle out of when this crap comes through....

Oh, I've had a few choice words with the weather, trust me. ;)
As for getting another job, I like the one I'm in now, the pay's decent, the higher-ups are pretty nice, benefits kick in soon, etc. It's not the job making me mad, it's the weather.

Exert... I hope you're right, I'm going nuts being on dry land, everyone's been bragging about snook and big trout, and the reds are supposed to be starting to school up........ GRRRRR!!!!

Brandon..... If I didn't have bills this week and gas weren't so dern expensive, Sebastian might be tempting, cuz even if it's windy or anything, Sebastian River's usually pretty sheltered, and it's been a while since I've been down there... saw a bunch of nice tarpon that day though, and quite a few good alligators as well.
