Wow - Carnac, feeling a bit threatened by my title or something? This is the second time you've brought it up.Oh - and you're completely clueless about what a Daemon is - that's clear to me. FYI - I've been working with Egyptian deities for years. They're just as much Daemon as any other god-form or deity. Hint: Daemons are not Christian devils. :) Anyway, if you want to talk about your obvious issues with me - my e-mail's always open to you sweetie.

Swoedarkeereon! Greetings! Yes I do! Though I am not sure about the relationship of the two interpretations, I will go with the universal interpretation.
Do you just believe or have you experienced the living Sun? I have experienced it. Some believe the Sun is the Creator some believe in the Creator as individual and the Creator of the Sun, but all recognise the suns' devine presence and importance to us in profound appreciation.
I am a Piercing Sundancer.
I am grateful and appreciative of all blessings.
Ways beyond number.
Remember the Suns light reflects gently down on us at night from the Moon. Only at one point in the Lunar cycle is there darkness, but even then there are the stars...mmmm.
Peace!

All together, now:
"Sun God, Sun God,
You are the One God,
RA! RA! RA!"
I know, not reverent enough. Seriously, this is far better:
"Come thou to me, running after my heart, which would look upon thee;
Thy back hath never been beheld by me-make clear the way to us, before me.
Behold Ra in heaven! Protect, oh Nut, the land!
Make a shadow in the land as doth Ra: inflame the heart, that thou mayest escape evil:
Inflame the heart, to cause thee to come after me!
Lo! thou canst not prevent it from turning me toward thee!"
As the flower turns it's face to the Sun-Ra, her only God, so we turn our hearts to Him at the rising of the Sun.

Though the power of Ra, I know that following darkness there is always light, physically and metaphorically.

Ra opened my heart and showed me what I'm capable of feeling. Thank you, Ra.

Yes I did and, purely by coincidence, this morning I saw the sun and thought of the Egyptian god Ra. Thus, your question struck me as spiritually significant. Thank you.

Ra is doing the same thing that the
Aten did-which is good.

So, Reverend Priestess, you've graduated to Ra? Nice going. I hope your little Daemon pals don't get jealous.

By going behind clouds in the morning so that when I get up I think it's 5 am.
And end up late.

Well Ra must be hiding behind the clouds right now because it's cloudy today.

The bible said that when Ra went away, he hurried to the other side so that he could rise again.
Ecclesiastes 1:5 states that "the sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises."
Good thing the Earth is flat.
