Okay, I am 14, and my little brother is 10 and my sister is 8. They always touch my stuff without my permission and its so annoying. Like today, they dumped out my shampoo and conditioner [which were $20 each!] and filled them with bleach. Then, they put soap on my toothbrush, took my eyeliner and replaced it with a sharpee marker [it looked exactly the same as my eyeliner], and went on my computer and put all these gay viruses on it. OMG they are so annoying. I told my mom but all she said was "ok ill talk to them". 5 hours later, they stole $30 from my purse and came into my room and read my diary. And last night, my brother and his friend took my bra and put it in the freezer. What do I do? I CANT STAND THEM ANY LONGER!

Save up your money and buy some sort of lock box that you can get at walmart (sounds like you need a pretty big one) and store all your personal items in it (make up, money toiletries). Look on your security settings on your computer and put a password on your computer that you have to use before anything can be accessed on it. Maybe you can also see if your mom will let you put a lock on your door. Once they can't get to your stuff, they will go after your moms, and then MAYBE she'll finally decide to have the little "chat" with them. Good luck chikadee!

I thought MY younger sis was annoying!!! My sister is 10 and I'm 12. Tell the dweebs to stop. That's what i do to my sister. Tell your mom again and this time talk for a while. Ask if you can get a lock on your bedroom door (don't count on that though). Or you can buy a large box with a lock and keep stuff in there. Also don't spend $40 bucks on shampoo and conditioner. Also you can find an alarm to go by your bedroom door when ever some one comes in. OK,do that if your totally desperate. Put a lock on your diary too. OK now I'm starting to sound like every thing should be locked up. I'd say go with the big box idea.
Good Luck:)

P.S: I hope you survive.

First of all where are your parents, and why do they allow this behavior to go on?????

My only advise to you is if you have your own room, then keep all of your thing including your toiletries, and put a combination lock on your door.

Otherwise, first warn you sister, and brother that the next time they touch your property there will be consequences. If they get away scott free all the time and see that there are no consequences to there behavior they will keep doing it.

So when it does happen again you have to take something of theirs that they value Equal to what they took from you, or vandalized, according to their age, not monetarily. You must be consistent, and eventually they will stop.

Another thought, you might tell them that each week that goes by, if they leave your things be then you will reward them with something. It does not have to be major, just something they like. Whether it be pizza, ice cream or an activity that they enjoy . But your get the idea.

Reward, and consequences will teach them how to behave.
Although truth to tell it is your parents that should be doing this, that is what parenting is all about.

Awww, how cute. I remember when I was younger. I'm 27 and have 2 younger brothers who are 23 and 22 now..... but when I was little they would grabbed all of my barbie's and take off all theor clothes and stuff them in my doll house and they would grab my gabage oatch dolls and drag them all over the floor mess up their faces.... I used to cry but my mom never did anything.... so I would go and break their G.I Joe's but then I would get in trouble cause "I knew better". Here is my suggestion, ask your mom to talk to them cause the stuff you have is expensive and they are messing it up and if you are $14 and have $20 bottles of shampoo, then I am assuming your mom is the one buying it for you. So tell her " Mom, i appreciate all the stuff you buy me but my brother and sister are messing it all up and wasting your money" Then she will think you thought about it rationally like a young lady and may actually sit down and stop the nonsense. I have a 2yr old boy and a 9 month old daughter and when my son takes my daughters toys I let him, but I also make sure that she wasn't playing with at the time and make sure that he knows that he has to play nice with it or he can't play with it at all.........but bra's, make-up and expensive shampoo........no reason for them to be grabbing that stuff. Good Luck.
