i suppose it could work if the lady was already very heavy in muscle.
eating fatty foods will convert that muscle into fat.
and fat weighs less than muscle
so you don't necessarily look thinner, just not as heavy.

i'd ought to declare that in case you had NO selection and it rather is almost a no longer daily / each meal style of subject than i'd say pass with the consume some thing very fatty. Like, no count if it rather is a 2 day span and you're locked in a room with no longer something different than a McDonalds great value meal- and that's it... yeah- consume it. regardless of each little thing in case you attempt to shed pounds once you bypass foodstuff it only makes it worse- your physique desires to maintain the fat you have and so once you DO finally consume it saves those energy too and shops them merely in case it runs into yet another venture the place you will no longer supply it nourishment. subsequently they advise 3-5 smaller foodstuff an afternoon as destructive to 2 super ones. It retains your physique burning and working it rather is terrific. remember those are life like parts and life like energy to your top, weight, age and point of pastime. Now, no count if it rather is a at some point era and you had breakfast, lunch, and a snack yet now there's no longer something to consume different than taht McDonalds great value meal and you're gazing your weight, or attempting to lose--- i'd say bypass it. So it rather relies upon on the placement.

Nah sweety thats very unhealthy.
If u wanna lose weight fats be aware that u will also gain it back fast unless u modify ur diet.
I have personally used the lemonade diet and it works.
I lost one pound per day during a period of 10 days.
The best part is that this diet cleans and rejuvenates ur body tissue.
This diet is extreme but its actually beneficial for your body. I've researched it and all say its good.
Note that there is a 3 day diet that follows the lemonade diet to get ur digestive system going again.
I strongly recomend you to read on this diet.
It works but u have to do exactly wht is says and u cant leave it till u finish it.....if ur willing to make the committment do it, if not then its probably not a good idea.
Hope this helps and Good Luck with that!!

I wouldn't count on loosing weight that way. It's better to eat a well rounded healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates, and protein.
Muscle doesn't "turn into fat". Muscle can be lost by not exercising. Fat and muscle are two different types of tissue.

Possibly the Adkins Diet? That won't work really well for long term weight loss, unless you learn how to balance the food groups. Remember, you have daily requirements to meet in all the food groups.

I doubt that eating fatty foods only, will make you lose weight!
I would suggest if you have to lose in only 14 days the cabbage soup or grapefruit diet!

eat all you want, especially fat. You will gain weight. Soon, you will be so fat that you will get lazy. Then you will lose your job, and have no money because you will be so lazy that no one will hire you. Then, when you run out of money, you will have no food, and you will not eat. You will lose weight fast.
If you have only 14 days to lose weight, don't eat, FAST.

same principle that the Atkins diet is based on. by restricting the carbohydrate intake insulin sensitivity is increased. if you decrease the carbohydrate intake you must increase the intake of proteins and fats to make up for the calories.
