its a feeling that irritates the hell out of me.........it stings all around my body and when i get cool it stops..help me....

you might have an allergic reaction to heat.. yes, its possible! go see your doc tor!!

Sounds like "prickly heat". An irritation of the skin when hot, and sweat coming out of the pores makes it feel itchy or painful.
Unusual to have it on your whole body, but not unheard of.
Some powders (talc) can help.

You should see a doctor or a dermatoligist, I would imagine it is treatable..May have something to do with your diet or an allergy
