I heard that if you want to pray for someone you should not pray out loud because Satan can hear and do harm instead but if you think the prayer Satan cannot hear our thoughts. Is this true?

No Satan cannot read our minds but he can influence out thoughts. Thus the Bible instructs us

" To put on our full armor so you can take your stand against the Devil's schemes."( Ephesians 6:11)
"So now Father I gird my loins with the belt of truth, I put on the breastplate of righteousness, and God's approval, I shod my feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace.I take the shield of faith, wherewith I shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of Satan and his hosts. And I take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God.(Ephesians 6:14-17) With this scripture in mind you can tackle Satan! He and his demons will flee at the very mention of this scripture. I use to read this out loud every day. It does help!

No Satan does not have access to your mind. He can hear you when you speak if he is around you. Satan is not omnipresent like God. Some times there can be spiritual warfare where prayers are hampered by demonic forces. If Satan gets a stronghold in the life of a person and you are trying to pray for that person it may take some warfare prayers.

Satan doesn't know our thoughts or intents of our hearts...but, He is extremely cunning and can figure some things out by our actions...you got to remember, Satans been around for a long time, way longer than you or I... and he has a lot of experience in what he does... he then can put thoughts in our mind (darts) in the hope that we will believe or buy into what he's trying to do. But, only God truly knows our mind/heart. A good example of this... say you're surfing the internet, a loosely clad person pops up, and say you actually hesitate or for a split second, you're actually tempted ...what do you think the expression on your face is saying? what type of non-verbal calling cards are you leaving? Satan then can look at this and surmise and then proceed to put further traps along your way in hopes of getting you to give in to temptation.

I doubt that Satan can read our minds, but he is probably an expert at body language. Never-the-less, the Bible tells us to pray verbally. Don't get into the habit of holding your mouth from prayer because of what Satan might do.

Satan can access our minds or we would not sin, but he cannot disrupt the way our or were our prayers go. Prayer, talking to God, is basiclly the opposite of Satan, God is in prayer so Satan cannot corrupt it, but he is in our minds so we need to ask God to help with that.

Well, if that's true , then, you have about 6.5 billion people accessing your mind also, give or take a few thousand who are God's people. I state this because if Satan can listen in, so can his labourers.

Well, if Satan can hear you speaking at any time, that means that he is everywhere, all the time, just like god! Therefore, if god can have access to your thoughts, then why can't Satan?

Satan is a frame of mind; therefore we all have the capacity to be SATAN...

Welcome to the HUMAN RACE...

Choice, the problem is Choice (Human Beings are good at making wrong choices).

No...not true. Satan can hear our thoughts. It's not so much hear as know our thoughts. He is the sin in us and therefore he knows us well.

Satan cannot access our minds.
Ha ha Satan, you loser.
Also, just a thought. . .if you were praying for someone outloud or quietly, don't you think that the power of God would supercede any damage loser would want to inflict?
