ya know i used to have very small thighs until Track and now they are big and i love short shorts and skirts but it really is just muscle tone so if you are an athlete i would just say it's muscle mass and toned thighs are better than not

I'm now not a man...but when you are a sizzling woman and your thighs don't seem to be sloppy with plenty of fats and cellulite, however toned, I believe men might such as you besides. I've regularly had higher thighs since I'm an athlete and raise plenty of weights, and I am in no way thin in my thighs, however I have a thin waist with a good face. Guys attempt to holla at all times!

Eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly. I recommend Beachbody.com's Thin Thighs DVD for you. They have a whole line called the Great Body Guaranteed which targets different areas and includes the area for thighs. The video for the thighs is only about 10 minutes long, so it is something you can do everyday. The whole set of videos costs $24.95, so not too bad. Pair that with cardio and eating healthy, and you should be looking really good by summer. Good luck!

Pilates is awesome.....my trainer said that it doesn't really work to do "spot exercises" but that lots of cardio and a careful diet along with weight training can do wonders for the whole body.... My spin instructor also said that she has lost 2 inches off her thighs since she started teaching the class a few months ago. Good luck.....I'm in the same boat as you...trying to get in shape.
