just a guess... but maybe, um, anything except carbs? call me crazy, but...

no, wait... that's not it, that's not it... you said no carbs after 5... okay... let me try again...

so that means... you cannot eat any CARBS (not sure if that's short for carbohydrates or carburetors) after 5 pm.

one question for you: how do you hope to succeed on this "diet" if you don't even understand what you're supposed to eat while following it? idiot.

bread, rice, cereal, potato, anything with starch/carbohydrates. which is really hard because all foods have carbs.
