Our 'ão' is pronounced like the english words noun, pound, ground, etc. So you must say something like 'zho-oun'. But it's important not to put the tongue in contact with the palate as the english speaker do when they say 'noun'. The word has a nasal sound, but the N is not pronounced. hope I have explained it well.

Tough one b/c the sounds don't exist in English, but basically, it's:
/sh-oh-ah-oh/
The j sound like a cross beetween sh and j, and the ah is nasalized.

The "j" is like the "g" in "mirage"
"Joh-ah-ooh"
The "ah-oh" sounds like the "ow" in "meow", but it's a nasal sound, practice it by holding your nose while saying it.
When you say it faster it sounds like "jwau"
