First you have to highlight what you want to copy. To highlight the total page you right click the page and click select all. To highlight a portion of the page position the pointer above the part you want to highlight left click and hold it down and move down as far as you want to highlight. Once you have done this you can either right click, and choose "copy" or you can press "ctrl + c" Now you go to where you want to paste it. You can paste in an e-mail by going to e-mail, compose, and click in the message field like you are going to type the message and you can type a message or move down the page to leave room for a message later. When you get to the point where you want to paste just press "ctrl + v" or right click and choose "paste" and what you highlighted should appear.... Good Luck...

place your cursor at the point you want to start copying. Hold down the left button on your mouse. Move the mouse so the the cursor moves to the end of what you want to copy. Release the left button. Everything you want to copy should be "highlighted". Now place the cursor over any part that is highlighted. Click the right button on the mouse. You will get a little menu click on Copy. Now go to where you want to paste. Right click and then click on Paste. Voila!

You can copy and paste files, pictures or words. You first select the object or words. Then you have 3 choices. Right click and select copy, type ctrl-c, or go to edit/copy. Now go to where you want to put what you have copied. You now have the same 3 choices except choose paste or ctrl-v.
