Cell phones are one of the most dangerous things that pollute the atmosphere. Dumping of cell phones is most hazardous to human being. They emanate radiation. So alternative way to dispose them have to be found out as safest method. These new gadgets are coming into use and manufacturers do not find safest methods to dump them. So it has become a ecological threat.
