Yes evil spirits are around.
Mat 17:15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
A lunatick is directly from Satan.
Mat 17:16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.
Mat 17:17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.
His disciples had no faith.
Mat 17:18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.

If you become obsessed by a thing you can let it possess you.
Your own mind can be your worst enemy.
Constantly think or believe in a bad spirit and all your doing is opening a door for it, to manifest itself into your life.

No, that's just superstitious nonsense, and believing in such things can be dangerous. If a person has emotional troubles, or is hearing voices, or acting irrationally, they should see a doctor for a qualified assessment. Counselling and/or medication could be required -- not mumbo-jumbo exorcism.

I wouldn't say the devil per se, but spirits, yes.

A person can be posessed by one or more demons. Demons and under the control of Satan. However, Satan himself does not personally posess individuals.
True demon posession is rare. It is an attempt by Satan to show his power and lead people astray.
Most people are not fighting true demons. They are fighting their own sinful nature, their own temptations, and their own internal conflicts.

Yes. The bible warns us not to be in connection wit spiritism (Divination, magic, spells, omens etc.) because this is how the demons try to possess us. (Deuteronomy 18:9-14)

Yes there is good and bad jins. Bad ones make you not pray . I am a muslim. Convert to Islam. It explains everything.
