Is there something in particular that a canadian guy (Quebec) loves? How are they towards family, relationships, life in general? Is there something I can do to make him crazy about me? :)

is he Canadian or French? if he lives in Quebec, he is probably more French than Canadian..long story..they are affectionate for their family and friends...as for relationships i've heard good things and bad things.. to each and their own. It shouldn't matter where he's from. Even Canadians who live in Canada or Americans who live in the USA...there are good ppl and bad ppl....Focus more on how he treats you, his family and his friends* GoodLUck*

Try to act more European, try to learn French, be affectionate, be friendly and kind. Just be easy going in general.... :)
