Hinduism was about. Paganism of ALL sorts (Romans, Celts, Druids, Greeks, Egyptians, African Animists, Native American Beliefs, etc.). Buddhism too, I believe. I could be wrong about the Buddhism, don't quote me on it.

Hinduism is considered to be the oldest of the four biggest religions around today. But whether it's the oldest religion that has ever existed is still a thing people debate over. Some say it might have started with ancient aboriginal people and their "dreamtime" - while others will claim it started with the old religions in Africa - our oldest continent. Maybe it's an answer we will never know for sure. But it's fun to think about.

Egyptians were the linage before Judaism. They worshiped Idol's like "Isis" and "Ra". The Pharaoh's were themselves considered God's.

Joseph (the coat of many colors) left his family (was sold) and went to Egypt where he become prophet for the Pharaoh. Then during a huge famine, his brothers and father came to Egypt for food. Then they all moved to Egypt where there decendents were corrupted by Idol worship and then later forced to be slaves for the Egyptians. That's when Moses came can lead them out of Egypt. Hopefully, you know where we are in the Bible from here.

Yes. Buddhism and Hinduism, Zoroastrianism and Mithraism, Tao, Shinto, and the cults of the Egyptian, Roman/Greek, Norse, Baltic, Slavic, Babylonian, and Arabian pantheons all predate Christianity.

Islam is the only major world religion to be younger than Christianity.

The Jewish Tanach addresses Moloch and Semiramis, the ancient Babylonian gods that predated Abraham. Animism has been around even longer, where you bribe the demons in nature for your benefit or appease the demons in nature to keep them from doing you harm.

Zoroastrianism flourished before Christianity, and in fact Christians "borrowed" the heaven/hell concept from them. Zoroastrianism is still practiced today.

Christians are the only ones who slaughtered and tortured "non-believers." How else do you think they became the majority?
