...Koalas, kangaroos, Tasmanian wolfs, wallabies, wombats, and many others only found in Australia.
So how did they get there, and only there? Why none in Asia, Europe, or Africa?

The land masses at the time of Noah were still connected and that allowed all the animals to migrate to whatever land they desired. The continents did not divide until the time of Peleg, some centuries after the Flood.

that's the same thing with other animals, such as galapagos tortoises. they only exist on the galapagos islands. why?
probably because it is God's choice and He does what he would like to do and what is always right. He definitely put those koalas and kangaroos and wallabies and whatnot in australia for a reason. Noah dropped all the animals somewhere in the middle east, where they spread rapidly to all the different parts of the world, depending on what best suited them.
For example, those marsupials could have traveled to somewhere else, but they probably did not like it, so they went to somewhere else and so on and so on, until they hit australia. those galapagos tortoises don't like deserts or forests or huge mainlands, so i guess God mad ethem decide that the galapagos islands was the best. He does everything for a reason. Note: these are only guesses.

Skeptic, you're much too intelligent to resort to this. Why do sooty terns spend 90% of their lives in flight? Who knows? Who cares? Is there some "grand insight" to be gained from this trivial pursuit knowledge?

Evolution!! Different animals evolved in different countries over time, preditors, vegetation, disease effected the survival of different species as it does today.
Survival of the fittest, different characteristics where/are more liklely to be carried on if they promoted the survival of the species.
