Baptism,to be washed clean from the stain of original sin.
Confirmation, to recieve the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Eucharist, the real presence of Christ under the appearance of Bread and Wine.
Baptism, begun by John the Baptist and sanctified by Christ.
Confirmation, bestowed on the infant church at Pentecost.
Eucharist, instituted by Christ at the `Last Supper` all these are in accordance with the scriptures.
Christ is the essence and the Catholic church is the existance of these by the will of He Who commanded it.

Baptism. The ritual cleansing from the stain of Original Sin. Intended to bring the individual into the Mystical Body of Christ (see Paul) and to make them a part of the Church.

Eucharist. In obedience to the request of Christ, the re-enactment of the Last Supper, wherein the Body and Blood of Christ is offered to the congregation under the aspect of bread and wine. Jesus said that His followers MUST eat of His flesh and drink of His blood in order to "have life within you".

Confirmation. The Christian equivalent of a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. Coming of age in the Church. It marks one as an adult in the Church's eyes, with the attendant responsibilities and privileges entailed with that position.
