No reason to believe otherwise. As mammals, they had placentas at one point, and therefore had umbilical cord. Unless, of course, you are going to take the position of intelligent design, and claim divine intervention. Or did God create them with belly buttons? Why not? Won't go there. Not worth the time, energy, or keystrokes...

I don't think they did as they were not born out of a womb. What need would they have belly buttons?

Yes. God made them as it is part of the human architecture and their children would have thought it pretty odd if their parents did not have belly buttons while they had. (See sex education was not part of school syllabus then and it would have been pretty difficult for parents to explain such things. God takes care to prevent such embarrassing moments for His children).
