I am pretty skinny and i do not intend to loss weight, i just don't feel like eating sometimes, but i dont want my stomach to grumble. will any meal replacement (all those shakes and powder stuff) help me to feel full so that i won't have to eat and my stomach will not grumble?

Yes, shakes and Whey powder will help you not feel hungry and stop your stomach from growling. You can also try eating a yogurt or a few nuts. These are good proteins as well.

try eating 6 small meals a day. snacks really. you can sub sometimes with a health shake but nothing is better then real food.

boost or ensure are great and not too expensive
