I have been to physiotherapist and they didnt help either.

You have to keep trying different doctors and therapists. It's pretty much like taking your car to a mechanic, you don't always get a good one right off the bat. unfortunately it takes a lot of time to find a good doctor. If you can ask other people what doctors they have been to you may find what you are looking for.
