What nuns cover their faces? You are LYING. Covering ones face like Muslims do makes people think they have something to hide. Criminals hide their faces, not honest folk.

Well nuns don't cover there faces but as an Islamic woman neither do I.
But i get your point and agree. Nuns and even mother Mary are considered modest and pious when covering but if a Muslim woman does it she is oppressed.
Well i cover my head and i am not oppressed or forced to do it. Its a Muslim woman's choice if she covers or not be it a head scarf or a burka i support all my sisters.
Of course its discrimination.

Nuns don't cover their faces and they wear the same clothes that you do but also wear a crucifix and possibly have a rosary. What world are you living in that they don't? They tossed the Habbit except for special occasions. And yes, I'd know that. My whole family is Catholic, except for me.

Now the reason Muslim women are looked down on for covering themselves is this...

If they are living in a western society, WE consider covering yourself to be very rude. Like you're hiding something even if you aren't. By covering yourself, it prevents a complete view of your face and your body language and, in our cultures, blocking that view is like hiding something.

Its nothing more and nothing less than that. Its why wearing a hat inside is looked down on, why most guys shave their faces, and why people don't like it when you don't look them in the eyes in Western nations.

Nuns do not cover their face and it is a life choice to be a nun. it may be a life choice for muslim women to cover but it still seems unnatural particularly to wear black in hot countrys.

Nuns don't completely cover their faces, even when the more orthodox orders wear the wimple which leaves the face bare. Most orders of nuns hardly wear the habit any more at all.

I do not praise her. And being a nun is strirctly voluntary, try going without a veil in Saudi or in many other parts of the Muslim world.

Nuns don't cover their faces. Not that I'm aware of, anyway. It's a simple fact that covering your face is considered rude and socially unacceptable, whether it's a hoodie or a religious garment or anything else.

nuns do not hide bombs under their clothes.

many muslim women have to wear these clothes, and if they don't, they are beaten or killed.

the discrimination comes from their own religion...which treats them as sex objects, so they have to cover up because the lustful muslim men cannot control their body parts. The rape is the womans fault.

Nuns conver their bodies and their head, not their face.
