I think you need to see another orthopedic specialist. It sounds like you've been given such a run around that you're sick of doctors. I can understand that, but you can't give up. I certainly don't understand why you were recommended to see a dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. That's why I think you need to see another orthopedic specialist.

if you can get a good massage that will help temporarily remove the pain. Also apply heat to your back for twenty minutes , rest for ten minutes, then apply ice for ten minutes. This should help relax the muscles and take down some of the inflammation.

You have to be more specific about where in your back the pain is and what other symptoms it causes...burning, tingling, weakness...is it muscular or spinal?
You probabaly have a disc out of place and it's putting pressure on a nerve root.
I can tell you for sure that the dentist is not going to address this.

Proceed to move towel under your shoulders, repeat relaxing 20 seconds move the towel right under your shoulder blades. Stop going to any doctors. Best thing is to start sitting on the
floor (I know it will be difficult because of the climatic condition) and preferably in yogic pose (Padmasana). Please go to a Yoga therapist and learn particular yoga to strengthen your back. Since you are only Nineteen, there are chances that you will get rid of the problem for ever. Best of luck.

Follow this simple therapy,
After every shower, use your towel from your back with your hand holding each end of your towel and by slowly pulling up and down ten time each side. Try this consecutive for 1 month.
