Depends on the lemon, of course, but you can probably count on about 3 or 4 tablespoons of juice per lemon.

Take out your cup and squeeze all the six lemons, then you will know how many cups.
By then again, you have to consider how fresh is your lemon. So believe in your tasting senses, if you think its not sour enough, then add a few more drops, and vice versa. Recipe is not to be followed 100%!

The Betty Crocker cookbook claims it's 2 Tbsp per lemon, maybe 3 if they're large.
