ok, so theres this boy and doubt he likes fat girls. i weight around 125-126 and im 5'4 at age 11( yea i am tall). I have been on this crash diet. its really weird cause i promised myself i would never starve to impress anybody, but now look at me, i dont eat lunch or breakfast and i barely eat dinner. my best friends always see me tired and i always have black and purplish bags under my eyes and i have been fainting alot lately. but i cant help it. i want to stop, but i also want to be normal and skinny, and so the crash diet continues...

whats happened?!?!

you got obsessed.
to solve it , forget about the guy. if you cant do that (or don't want to) get of the crash diet. do strenuous aerobic exercises like jogging or sit ups. usually this is to build up muscle, but before that it'll have to get rid of fat. so once ur rid of fat stop doing it. and stay on a diet, but not the crash one. stay on a lowcarb and low fat diet.

PS- dont think I'm a gay trainer guy giving u shitty advice. I'm 13 and i went thru this when i was ur age. I'm 5ft 11" and weigh 145. that's near perfect. i got that from doing what i told u to do.

if ur planning to ask him out, leave it a bit longer cus this **** takes about 3-4 weeks to take effect.
don't go back to the crash diet cus i don't think he'll like a half dead girl who faints on him either.

First - STOP right there - you are on the road to really really poor health. If you are not eating then your body is NOT getting the vitamins that a growing 11 yr old girl needs.

I really want you to understand something right now. I work with some girls that are doing the same thing as you - they are starving themselves because they want to be "perfect", "Thin", attractive - etc., Unfortunately they didnt know when to stop so they are now imperfect, thin but very unhealthy to look at - this DOES NOT attract a boy - trust me.
They spend everyday thinking about food and how not to eat it and all these girls are very very unhappy.

It is called anorexia - by the time these girls reached 14 years old their poor bodies are falling to pieces because it was starved of vitamins and minerals, the girls are now unhappy and feel very unattractive and their teeth and gums are getting very sore because there are no vitamins coming into their bodies - as they get older they will develop osteoporosis (brittle bones) because their body and teeth didnt get any calcium and once this happens you cant reverse the effect - you will always have bones that break easily. Some of them have fainted and nearly had heart failure after not eating for 1 year.
Does this sound like a horror story yet? I hope it does - because this is what it is for 4 sad girls that I work with in a hospital.
If you want to attract a boy - you need to BE HAPPY - with yourself, be friendly, be outgoing, be kind, be helpful to others - this attracts people to you.
No one can make any body like you - they either do - or they dont - starving yourself is not the answer.
If you want attention from someone - being sick will give you the wrong attention - you want someone to notice you because your face is alive and you have a great smile - you dont want someone to notice you because you look really sick and you have black and purplish bags under your eyes.

The choice is yours - I cant make you stop - its your decision. All I can tell you is that if you dont change what you are doing you are going to have a very hard time over the next few years and I suggest you find an adult you can trust or talk to a family doctor before you get hospitalised for fainting.

I hope you make a decision for good health.

You are doing your worst mistake in your life. You MUST eat breakfast. Your body needs food in the morning. The statistic has proved that the most fat teenager girls didn't eat breakfast. This causes your metabolism to work differently. Even if you eat very little your body begins to store all the fat it can, because it thinks something is wrong. It's a natural response you get when you don't eat properly.

There are great products on the market that help you lose weight, but you are too young to use them. And even older teenagers or adults that use those products, they MUST eat breakfast every day. I've researched this for several years, I speak from my own experience I've learned through years of consulting.

I just post link because I want you to check it, but not buy. Just take care of your daily meals, you are too young to care about your weight.

Wait until you are older please. I doubt puberty even started for you. Maybe you will lose weight as you grow and all those hormone changes can also effect to lose weight. Just be patient :=)

Oh, one more advice. You should rather look for someone that can respect the person you are, not how you look.

Darling, you are never going to lose weight if you crash diet - your body just goes into shock at having nothing to sustain it (as evidenced by you fainting and feeling tired and having bags under your eyes.....) and learns to "hold on" to any food you do eat so it goes into survival mode. Go for a walk every day or a bike ride every day, and always eat some cereal, take healthy sandwiches to school and fruit and ask Mum to cook you health dinners, or cut down on the portions. Who cares if this boy "doesn't like fat girls". There are plenty of boys out there, and you want one who is going to treat you like the princess you are! You go girl. xx

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Eat heathy and not junk food. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur brain starts processing the data received from the stomach that u r full. Take no liquid/solid food in between meals apart from water.

Take light exercises and brisk walks preferably twice a day.

This regime will make u achieve healthy weight in a reasonable time.

OMG, you are so not fat! Don't think that!
here are some tips:
Never drink soda, even if it is diet, it's really bad for you.
Never eat junk food, maybe like once a week.
Eat fruits and vegtables.
Drink lots of water!
There are these 100 calories packs, that come in oreo, doritos, chips ahoy, Teddy grahams, cheese nips, and much, much more, they are only 100 calories, and they are delicous!
Exercise at least an hour a day.
Never go anorexic or bulimic!
Also, you can do activities that you like, that includes exercise, like tennis, swimming, dancing, etc...

I'm looking at the stats- 5'4'' , 125 pounds, and that is definitely, absolutely, not overweight.
You've got a nice body from a guy's standpoint.
You're confused because you're going through changes right now, and as you transform from girl to adolescent to (eventually) woman, your body puts some fat on in various places.
News flash: those pockets of "fat" are what make your body attractive. .e.g, breasts, curvy legs, more rounded bottom. Without them, you'll just look like a skinny guy. Yuck.
If you want to look like a guy with ribs hanging out, keep going.
If you want to be classy and sexy, you've got to understand that a woman's body is different from a girl's body.

You should not be dieting at age 11. Your body puts on weight for puberty this is NORMAL AND NECESSARY. This extra weight gain gives you the curvey figure of a mature looking lady. You will want to look like this later, so please let nature take its course making you into a woman. By skipping meals you may be doing irreversible damage to your physical body and you are definately setting your mind up for problems with anorexia. You are hurting yourself. So please stop.

He should like you for who you are as well. No man is worth starving yourself and giving up your health. And do you think he wants a girlfriend who is tired all the time and has bags under her eyes. You are prettier when healthy. Just be healthy.

Wow, i'm sure this boy will be really impressed when you look like stick and half dead. Seriously, you are killing yourself and it's unhealthy. You aren't fat or even close to it. You shouldn't be dieting at your age either; it's very harmful. Besides, you are 11, do you honestly think you are ever going to marry this guy or be with him for a long time? Of course not! So is it worth you getting an eating disorder and damaging your organs for him?

Uh-huh! And you live in an apartment you pay for by yourself because your parents don't understand you and nag you to eat.
