I used to run the 440. When the meet was in the AM, I ate nothing for breakfast. When the meet was in the PM, I ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for breakfast but I did not eat lunch.

I never had my meets in the morning, they were usually around 4:30 p.m. after school. So I never ate breakfast, and had to deal with school lunch (whatever they gave us, not cafeteria style), a ton of Mt. Dew and something sugary after school before the meet. It wasn't healthy probably, but I still qualified for state!

i don't eat much before i run because it's easier to run when you arn't full. So i usually eat a pop tart. Hey this insn't a joke that I'm about to tell you becuse alot of people think that it is. Did you know if you eat a banana it can get rid of your cramps?
