It does come off very quickly at first - so 13lb in 2 days can happen. After the first 4-6 weeks it slows right down to about 2lb a week if you're doing right. Good luck!!

What did you do to drop 13 lbs in 2 days? You didn't burn 13 lbs of fat, but you may have lost a lot of water weight and emptied your bowels.

Yes, that is way too fast. Anything over 4 lbs a WEEK is considered to fast to have a high chance of keeping it off long term. Any "diet" program that causes you to lose weight very quickly is probably something you cannot and should not stay on long term...once you return to your previous eating/exercise habits, the weight will pack right back on (and then some, most of the time).

When desiring to lose weight, especially a large a mount, a lifestyle change is in order. One should change their eating habits permanently, to something more healthy and less calorie, and exercise regularly.

As for " am 21st i am trying to get to 11st" I have no idea what that means unless it's a reference to clothing size.

Be careful how you treat your body...it's the only one you get in this lifetime and ya probably want it to last for a while.

You will lose a massive amount of weight in the first week but it is only water. Even so, the loss will still give you the incentive to continue with the diet. Good luck lol

You really should see a dietician. My mum was 24 stone and has recently lost a stone in 6 weeks. You have more chance of keeping the weight off if you do it slowly than to do it reall fast. If you lose weight too fast your body thinks it is being starved so it stores up every little thing you eat and can end up making matters worse. Please please please see your doctor and get refered to a dietician. In the meantime all i can suggest is eating a low fat diet with lots of fresh fruit and veg. Hope this helps.

Afraid the immediate weight loss from any diet is always due to the loss of water.... keep drinking those fluids and exercise exercise exercise!!! and your'll be loosing fat weight within the month!!! Keep it up, diets are hard to stick to, but you will be so pleased with yourself if you achieve your goals!!! I lost 4 stone after having my daughter and i've kept it off - its the most amazing feeling!! Good luck!!!

I am on a wonderful nutrition system that is making me feel better and helping me lose weight. If you lose weight fast you can gain it back just as fast. A pound a day is good.

Unless you have used either diuretics or laxatives you can't really loose that much in 2 days. Other option is you scales are broken?

You need to go see a doctor, anything over 5lbs a day is too much. Hope you are still drinking water.
