God promised that he would not use a flood to eradicate the wicked again. He never said we wouldn't do it to ourselves.

Yup. I don't buy the whole global warming thing, cuz for one thing the temperature has only risen .5 of a degree on average over the past 50 years, and for another, 20 years ago they were all saying we were in for global COOLING.
It's a scam.
Oh, and don't let anyone tell you that Noah's ark didn't happen, or that it was "just a parable". There is more evidence for a worldwide flood than for any so called "link" that the evolutionists dig up (they really have zero, every bit of it has been proved wrong).

This earth definitely has an expiry date - probably sooner than we think. However, whilst God will come back before then I think we have a responsibility to do what we can (within reason) to help with the effects of global warming - after all Adam and Eve were first put on this planet to be the keepers of the earth - and exacerbating the problem significantly affects the quality of people's lives (for e.g. through natural disasters, pollution etc).

True, but, many not believe the Bible or that there is a God and are easily manipulated into believing what they are told in order to place fear in them for better control.
In Revelation 8:8-9 is the Second Trumpet. It mentions a Star named Wormwood. Many believe this to be an Asteroid.
I not sure that what it actually is, as Revelation is very symbolic. But, I do feel we will die of an Asteroid Hit before Global Warming is of a real concern. Asteroid 1997 XF11 be here in October 2028. Though NASA has insured us we be OK. If, it not miss Earth....... well. And this is only one of many. Those who believe the Bible and believe in God do not fear as they are secure in what really going on.

If God truly did promise this then you are right in thinking that GOD will never cause another one, but Global warming isn't from God it is an effect from us. Humans..WE would create the flood IF it were to occur...Someone was on the right track on saying that if it did happen then God would come and take the Righteous and deserving...
But..Never say never, Right?

The solutions to this Q are in the bible. In Gen. 6:13, it tells us what it develop into like, and in verse 6:2, it tells the countless reasons for this. many human beings have speculated on the which means of this. yet all of us comprehend the outcomes which develop into each and every evil mind's eye being practiced, and complete violence. It tells approximately Noah and what he develop into like. no longer many human beings have been ever stated to 'stroll with God'. The construction of the Ark does no longer have been executed in 4 days. this could have been a clean element. human beings could have come to video show, and that they could have mocked and puzzled Noah. all of us comprehend that human beings previously Noah's time lived over 4 hundred years, so as that they had time to examine lots, do lots. What did they do with their time?? The bible says in verse 11, the earth develop into additionally corrupt. If all of us comprehend and persist with the bible, we don't need each and every 'jot and tittle' crammed in. If all of us comprehend and have self assurance God is in simple terms, God is righteous, then all of us comprehend God permit the human beings comprehend this, and comprehend this. form of like telling a rebellious son he has to quit working with the undesirable group he hangs with. then you definately floor him, and his acquaintances all blame you for that, that he did no longer comprehend you're able to try this, and it wasn't honest. it is not stated by fact that's element of God's nature that human beings continuously are shown what's occurring. In verse 3, God says 'My spirit shall no longer continuously try with guy'. This develop right into a message that should have been made common. yet there had on no account been a flood previously, so of course, anybody thumbed their nostril, spiritually conversing.

Somebody else promise doesn't stop power hungry people from breaking the promise. We are creating our own floods, extinction, starvation, etc..when we decide to put everything aside and work towards a goal together then we will see progress until that day comes we survive.

you sound like you don't believe in God's promise. Also, we are suppose to take care of the earth. There are other ways of destroing the earth than just a flood. Read Revelations.
