I would like to upload my Mp3 Mixes they are over 100Mb to a free server and then add them to my web site. How can i do that . I dont understand FTP so please explain or if you have any other ideas would like to hear them ....

Head over to http://www.smartftp.com/ and download the FTP client. It will walk you through installing FTP, and will guide you through uploading your music files.

Why could that's 1GB? you have of course screwed up the encoding and used a lots bigger bitrate than necessary. something above 192kbps is overkill. the two that, or you are trying to characteristic a action picture and are renaming it to .mp3 to avert however filters they have in place. the two RAR it in segments or decrease the bitrate.
